The Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority has been working on updating its guiding policy document, currently titled “Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines for the Administration of Ontario Regulation 155/06 and Land Use Planning Policy Document (2011)". The Policy Document lays out the NPCA’s commitment to a watershed-based planning approach and is used by the NPCA to make decisions related to land-use and environmental planning. A draft of the new document, titled “The Living Landscape Policies”, will be presented to the public at a series of upcoming open house events.
