Freedom of Information
The Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority is mandated to adhere to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, CHAPTER M.56 (MFIPPA). For information on MFIPPA, please visit the Ontario Government's e-laws website, which can be found here: http://www.e-laws.gov.on.ca/html/statutes/english/elaws_statutes_90m56_e.htm

In addition to the $5.00 application fee, the Act provides that costs are to be borne by those who request access to information.
