NPCA BOARD of directors
As an autonomous, quasi-municipal body established under the Conservation Authorities Act, the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA) is a registered charity governed by a Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors elects a Chair and Vice Chair annually from among its members. The Board may also establish advisory boards and committees as it considers appropriate.
The Board of Directors meets monthly on the third Friday except for the month of August and optionally in December.
The public may attend all meetings of the Board of Directors and advisory boards and committees.
