Temporary Positions - Ball’s Falls Thanksgiving Festival

$16.55/hour - Temporary

The 49th Ball’s Falls Thanksgiving Festival will be held Friday, October 6 through Monday, October 9.
The NPCA is looking employ a number of individuals to assist in the successful implementation of the Thanksgiving Festival.

Positions required for the event include:

  • Parking
  • Maintenance
  • Recycling Team
  • Gate Cashiers (Cash/POS experience required)

Please note the following:

  • Positions will pay $16.55/hr
  • Employees scheduled to work on the statutory holiday (Thanksgiving Monday) will be paid one and one halftime the regular rate of pay for each hour worked ($24.82)
  • Employees will also be entitled to 4% vacation pay.
  • Hours of work: 8 - 10 hours/day, as notified in advance.
  • The NPCA will provide complimentary coffee and lunch.
  • Attendance on all four days is preferred.
  • Experience working or volunteering at large scale events is an asset.
