The washrooms at Beamer Memorial Conservation Area have recently been repaired and are now open to the public.
These facilities have experienced repeated vandalism, resulting in ongoing closures and repairs. This most recent work represents a significant investment in maintaiting visitor amenities at the site.
NPCA is committed to providing accessible, well-maintained spaces for visitors - but the ability to keep these facilities open depends on how they are treated.
Renovations to fix vandalism is costly. Continued damaged may impact our ability to maintain this amenity in the future.
We are asking visitors to help maintain this shared space. If you witness suspicious activity, please report it to the Niagara Regional Police Service.
Beamer Memorial Conservation Area is an important place for the community and maintaining it requires a collective effort.
We appreciate the many visitors who treat the site with care and respect, and we thank you for helping to keep Beamer accessible for everyone.
Beamer Memorial Conservation Area is currently the focus of an upcoming Management Plan, which will guide future improvements, visitor experience, and long-term stewardship of the site.
